PREVENT CANCER:
WHAT'S THE POINT OF WALKING OR RACING FOR THE CURE WHEN YOU'RE IGNORING THE POTENTIAL CAUSES OF CANCER IN YOUR OWN PERSONAL LIFE OR YOUR CHILDREN'S LIVES?
According to toxicology experts, a single exposure to a carcinogen may develop into cancer 8 or more years after the intial exposure. Most mainstream personal care, baby care and cosmetic products contain one or more known and/or suspected carcinogens. What goes on your skin goes into your bloodstream and cells within 30 seconds. The FDA does not test, screen or evaluate most personal care products. It's up to you.
The National Institute of Health and Safety studied 2,983 ingredients used in personal care and cosmetic products and found 884 of them to be toxic. Of the 884 toxic ingredients:
- biological mutations could be caused by 314,
- reproductive problems by 218, acute toxicity by 778,
- cancer tumors by 146,
- skin and eye irritation by 376.
These products include shampoos, conditioners, body wash, deodorant, shaving cream, mouthwash, and toothpaste. They were also found in baby products like bubble bath, shampoos (including no-tears shampoos), baby powder, and baby wipes.

ORGAN DONATION: GIVE THE GIFT OF LIFE
74 organ transplants are performed each day.
18 people a day die waiting for an organ that is never donated.
Life saving organs are buried every day that could
have given others a second chance at living.
Organ donation is unnoticable on the donor.
Organs are provided to the closest tissue match in the area.
There is no favoritism is distributing organs given for donation.
Medical personnel give every effort to saving the life of an
organ donor, same as they would a non-organ donor.
In a way, organ donors live on through the lives of those they've saved.
Give the gift of life. It's as simple as filling out an organ donor card.
